About Casa Verde Taqueria

We nixtamalise our own corn overnight and grind it every morning on a volcanic stone mill. It is a lot of work for a tortilla and it is the entire point.

Six fillings, three salsas, one dessert. The menu has not changed much since 2011 and will not change much going forward. If you want something we do not have, there are eleven other taquerias within a mile and we like most of them.
